1. Important!! - PRE-ORDER item can be out of stock in any time. It depends on supplier. For customer that have low patience , avoid order pre-order stock.
2. Reminder : Pre order stock need at least 3-4 weeks to arrive at your place, while ready stock only need about 3-4 days to Semenanjung Malaysia, while 2-3 days to Sabah & Sarawak. To avoid any misunderstanding/unsatisfied circumstances with customers PLEASE understand this rules and regulations.
3. All items are not price negotiate.
4. We entertain serious buyer only!! Please let us know if you are not interested on the items anymore, dont just run from us.
5. All buyer please pm to enquire postage charges.
6. Color of item might vary slightly, since each computer monitor shows color differently. Buyer have to be careful before place the order.
7. Goods sold are not returnable, exchangeable, and refundable.
8. We have no responsible for any damages cases/loses during shipping process.
9. Thurttree BoutiQ received the right to change the date of order, either early/delayed. Also, we hold the right to make changes on our site policies and the T&C at any point at any time.
10. Payment have to be made via transfer/cash deposit into Maybank, CIMB or RHB account.
11. After payment have been made, do contact us (email/pm). Please include transaction date, amount of payment and reference number.
12. We will send out the order only if you have made the payment.
